All items can be returned, excluding the following:
- Personalised items
- Event or date specific items
- Mystery Bags
- Clearance items
- Swimwear
- Headwear
This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Please enclose the returns form or a note with your name and order number on so we can identify your order upon arrival. Any order returned without this information may be delayed.
For the safety and well being of our staff and customers, we are following strict protocol with regards to the return of products.
Therefore, please note, the following rules apply :-

Items must be returned with all original tags attached

Items returned must be in their original cello packaging

Items must be unworn, clean, and in a re-saleable condition
Any item returned in an unacceptable condition (e.g. makeup stains, human or pet hairs etc), will not be accepted, and the item(s) will be returned back to you via Royal Mail 48.
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.

Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When the returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is required and approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. Refunds are processed in 7-14 working days from the return being received back
